1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Axiom ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Axiom is a daily math puzzle game that challenges your mental math skills with number combination puzzles. Each day, players receive new puzzles where they must find combinations of tiles that equal a target number. The App tracks your streak, scores, and progress over time.

3. Purchase and Payment

Axiom offers a one-time purchase ("Lifetime" or "Premium") that unlocks all features permanently. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App — meaning for as long as the App is available and maintained by the developer.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• This is a one-time, non-recurring payment. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• The purchase is non-consumable and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Service Availability

While we intend to maintain and update Axiom for the foreseeable future, we do not guarantee indefinite availability of the App or its online features (such as leaderboards). Features that require server infrastructure may be modified or discontinued at the developer's discretion. Core gameplay functionality will remain available offline regardless of server status.

5. User Accounts

Axiom does not require account creation. Your purchase is managed through your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Axiom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to develop competing products or services.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's software, design, user interface, graphics, logos, puzzles, and brand are owned by Axiom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct on the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
